Luxe Champaca Eau de Toilette by Comme des Garcons.
In the Ganjam district of the state of Orissa in India is found one of the finest examples of the mythical flower champaca, a primitive flowering plant belonging to the magnolia family. Famous for being used in Hindu ceremonies and by Balinese dancers, champaca keeps its fragrance long after having been picked. Champaca istart with a peppery note and it dries down, the florals get creamier and richer (white floral accord) with the base being warm, slightly musk and quietly spicy with a hint of sweetness. A little dusting of iris smooths the fragrance without making it powdery.
