Returns Policy

At present, all products are final sale and cannot be returned due to COVID-19. The Perfume Shoppe is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances or fragrance samples, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines, and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition. Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please call our store for voice authorization on how to return the item to us. We ship across Canada and the United States. We also ship to limited international addresses around the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
