After the opening notes of flowers and more flowers, like pressed flowers, the drydown is warm skin-like and powdery . Often described as the little sister of Lorenzo Villoresi's Teint de Neige (a TPS Bestseller), Powder Flowers is not as robust and not as heavy due to TDN's heliotrope note. When this scent warms up on the skin, it becomes more soft and more powdery, yet there's a tiny bit of bitterness to it, due to tonka bean and Osmanthus flowers, that protects it from being a banal, sweet baby powder scent. In the dry down it takes on a warm, creamy powdery scent, very cozy and cuddly, but it's a much more of an elegant, sophisticated and ladylike fragrance than a simple everyday comfort-scent due to cedar added to this fragrance to give it that warm touch. Powder Flowers exudes the fragrance touch of Chanel No 5, but substitutes the hint of a sour note sometimes found on Chanel wearers. The most exalting rose, jasmine and osmanthus flowers combined with Atlas cedar and tonka bean for this intoxicating powdery floral fragrance.
